The Role:
n
In the role of Maintenance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance, safety, and presentation of a high-quality residential asset.
n
Leading all planned and reactive maintenance activities, you'll work hands-on and strategically to ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Partnering closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in protecting asset value while delivering an exceptional experience for residents and clients alike.

Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Overseeing planned preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure the asset meets high standards of safety, quality, and presentation
n
Managing on-site contractors including inductions, performance, compliance, and completion of works
n
Championing safety and compliance, ensuring all facilities-related legal and WHS obligations are met
n
Delivering outstanding customer service by building strong stakeholder relationships and responding to maintenance requests efficiently
n
Carrying out and manage hands-on maintenance and apartment turnover tasks, including general repairs and make-good work.

About You:
n
To be successful in this role, we're seeking a candidate who has:
n
n
Effective verbal and written communication skills with staff, owners, tenants, and contractors
n
Demonstrated experience in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical,



plumbing installations and building maintenance)
n
Prior experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance department
n
Current First Aid Certificate and OH&S; principles and chemical handling understanding
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia + Valid National Police Check.
