The Opportunity
As a
Store Manager at Starbucks
, you'll bring the Starbucks Experience to life by leading all aspects of store operations, driving strong financial results, and creating a welcoming Third Place at the heart of your community. You'll take pride in running your store as if it were your own building a successful business through smart decision‐making, operational excellence, and a strong focus on sales growth and efficiency.

Job Description
To be a Starbucks Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people with:
Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
The ability to manage effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Solid leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
Previous experience in
store leadership roles
, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
Experience supporting
store operations
and contributing to
financial performance
Exposure to
rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
