The Perth Mint in East Perth invites applications for a Team Lead Fire Assay to join our Refinery Laboratory on a permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Supervisor Fire Assay, this role balances hands-on laboratory work with leading a small team.

You will coordinate daily activities, manage changing priorities, provide technical guidance, and ensure work is delivered safely, accurately and on time while carrying out fire assay tasks alongside colleagues.
