Safe, Thriving & Connected Therapeutic Clinician - Echuca

Join the Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) in Echuca as a clinician in the Safe, Thriving & Connected program as part of a regional, multidisciplinary partnership that helps to deliver integrated and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to victim-survivors.

About the Role
n
As a Therapeutic Clinician, you will:
n
n
Provide high quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and child victim-survivors.
n
Conduct specialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and risk considerations.
n
Develop clear, team-oriented treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
n
Facilitate individual and group therapeutic programs.
n
Work closely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safe client support.
n
Contribute to service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across the therapeutic stream.
n

About You
n We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Clinically confident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
n
Skilled in trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
n
Grounded in feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
n
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, values driven organisation.
n
Committed to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
n
Motivated by meaningful therapeutic work rather than high volume case turnover.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in therapeutic practice.
n
n
