About the Role
As our
Project Manager
, you'll leadthe planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across the IronbarkFinancial Group business. From coordinating teams to managing budgets andtimelines, you'll ensure every project delivers measurable value whilst keepingstakeholders informed and engaged.
You'll be at the centre ofcross-functional collaboration, solving challenges, driving momentum, managingchange, and ensuring every detail supports the broader strategy.
About You
You're someone who:
Has a strategic mindset that can translate business goals intoactionable project plans.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competingpriorities with confidence.
Builds strong relationships and communicates clearly at alllevels.
Knows how to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and keep everyonefocused on shared outcomes.
Anticipates risks and roadblocks-and knows how to navigatethem.
Has robust financial management skills, including experiencemanaging project budgets and resources.
Delivers projects on time, on budget, and with impact.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a relatedfield.
Proven experience in a
Project Manager
role(minimum 2-4 years).
Experience in the
financial advice sector
orprofessional services is highly desirable.
Advanced project management skills




Strong business acumen that can align project delivery tobusiness strategy.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communicationskills.
