About the Role

As Duty Manager, you'll create a positive and productive work setting, ensuring superior guest service while guiding the front office team to meet brand standards and operational excellence. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping a dynamic and engaged team, driving both guest satisfaction and team performance.

Background in luxury or lifestyle brand hotels is preferred

Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and Property Management Systems like Opera
