This executive opportunity will shape the delivery of essential services across a diverse region and improve outcomes for women, children and families.
About the role:
As Executive Director Women's, Children's and Families, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a health service-wide clinical division, with accountability for performance, service delivery and outcomes across Central Queensland.
You will lead approximately 390 FTE and a $50 million operating budget, aligning workforce, activity, quality and financial performance across multiple settings.
Working with divisional clinical and operational leaders, you will drive integrated decision-making, service redesign, clinical governance, workforce optimisation and consistent models of care across women's, children's and families services.
About you:
You are an accomplished senior healthcare leader with the executive capability to lead complex clinical services across multiple locations and disciplines.
You bring a strong record of delivering results across quality, access, workforce, financial and operational performance, supported by strong business acumen and a commitment to safe, person-centred care.
You are a strategic and collaborative leader, experienced in navigating complexity, leading change and building robust partnerships across clinical, organisational and community settings.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in nursing and/or midwifery with current AHPRA registration. Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $248,741 p.a. is comprised of:
A salary of $218,010 p.a.
*****% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
