About the Role

Our BRAND NEW Frankston store is due to open inNovember, you'll be at the heart of the action. Connecting with customers, sharing your product knowledge, and helping to create an unforgettable in-store experience. You'll support the management team in driving sales and keeping the store looking its best. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver results and make every customer interaction count!

Day by Day, you will
n
n
Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
n
Processing large volumes of stock
n
Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
n
Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
n
Maintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
n
n
What you Bring




n

Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings
n
Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture
n
Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team workplace
n
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
n
Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn
n
Available for late-night trade, Monday to Wednesday day shifts, and weekends
n
