Act for Kids on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced leader to oversee and support practitioners, providing coaching, supervision and career development to strengthen family outcomes.

The role focuses on guiding child protection risk, safety planning and case management, while mentoring staff in evidence-informed frameworks and facilitating supervision. It is a full-time backfill until 27 November **** under SCHCADS Level 6, open to internal candidates.
