We're looking for apermanent full-time Medical Receptionistto join our busy and supportive team atMurdoch (Wexford), with occasional travel to other clinics when required.
n
What you'll be doing
n
You'll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:
n
n
Welcoming and supporting patients
n
Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
n
Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointments
n
Providing accurate and efficient administration
n
Working closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
n
n

You're someone who:

Puts patients first and genuinely cares about great service
n




Has excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Is confident on the phone and comfortable juggling competing priorities
n
Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n
Is confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
n
Brings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude
n
n
Medical reception or healthcare experience is highly regarded, but attitude and a genuine desire to help people are just as significant.
