EnergyCo NSW is seeking a governance qualified to lead high‐quality governance and secretariat services for the Board and its committees, reporting to the Corporate Secretary. This is an ongoing fulltime role based in Sydney with hybrid work from home and in-office support.
You will manage board papers, agendas, minutes and briefings, provide strategic advice to senior executives, and drive continuous governance improvements across the organisation.
