The Role
We're currently looking for Drug & Alcohol Registered Nurse to provide a broad range of services, including:
Assessment & management of Intoxication and withdrawal states.
Assessment & management of patients requesting to commence on an Opioid Substitution Treatment (OST)
program or who are being maintained on an OST program whilst in custody.
Substance Use and Pregnancy (SUP) program.
Brief interventions including provision of harm minimisation strategies and related health education initiatives.
Release care planning.
