Wilmar Sugar is seeking a Crushing Assistant for our Inkerman Mill. This permanent, in office role involves shift work during the crushing season (weekends and overtime) and day work during maintenance periods.
The successful candidate will operate turbines on the milling train and monitor related equipment in North Queensland's Burdekin region. The role requires teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to communicate machine performance and quality issues to Operations Coordinators.
