Be part of a business committed to social impact, sustainability and changing lives together What You'll Be DoingLead the delivery of new restaurant builds, relocations and refurbishment projects across ANZManage projects from design development through tendering, construction and handoverPartner with architects, designers, consultants, shopfitters and contractors to achieve outstanding outcomesReview construction costs, budgets and project forecasts to ensure strong commercial performanceDrive project timelines and proactively manage risks, issues and stakeholder expectationsSupport the continued evolution of Nando's restaurant formats, including drive-thru and customer experience initiativesBuild strong relationships with Operations teams to ensure seamless project handoversEnsure projects meet quality, budget, safety and compliance requirementsWho You AreYou're a commercially minded project professional who loves bringing people together to deliver great outcomes.You'll bring:Experience managing retail, hospitality, QSR or multi-site construction projectsExperience delivering drive-thru projects or working within drive-thru environments highly regardedStrong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skillsA practical approach to solving problems and overcoming project challengesThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environmentStrong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting project costs and business casesExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholdersA passion for hospitality, customer experience and continuous improvementMost importantly, you're excited by the chance to help shape the future of Nando's restaurants across Australia and Recent Zealand.
