Job Description
Butterboy is seeking a Store Manager to own the day-to-day running of a new store in NSW. You will manage financial performance, rostering, and customer experience, and lead a team of Front of House staff and Bakers. Baking knowledge is a plus.

You will drive sales, oversee stock and supplier relationships, recruit and develop your team, and ensure WHS and food safety standards are met. This is a full time role with growth across the Butterboy network.
