Job DescriptionPrepare, season, and cook food in accordance with menu specificationsPlan and organise food preparation across service periods to ensure smooth operationsMaintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishesEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standardsStore food correctly and manage stock rotation to minimize wasteAssist with ordering, receiving, and checking kitchen suppliesClean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areasSupport menu execution for functions, conferences, weddings,
