Lead The Team That Keeps Adventure Moving
n
As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
n
You'll lead, coach and support your team while driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
n
Working closely with the Store Manager and wider business, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Mission
n

Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals
n
Oversee receivals, dispatch, replenishment and stock movements
n
Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stocktakes
n
Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment
n




Drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Manage rostering and day-to-day workflow
n
Support customer collections and store operations
n
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company procedures
n
Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
n
Success in this role comes from strong leadership, operational excellence and the ability to build a high-performing team.

You have previous experience leading warehouse or logistics teams
n
You're a confident leader who motivates and develops others
n
You thrive in fast-paced environments
n
You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
n
You lead by example and aren't afraid to get hands-on
n
You're passionate about safety and operational excellence
n
You have experience with inventory control and warehouse systems
n
You hold a current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
