Key duties & responsibilities
Lead, coach and roster the FOH team to deliver great guest experiences
Oversee daily floor operations, sections, reservations and waitlists
Train and develop the team across service, upselling and guest recovery
Manage labour, budgets and key service KPIs
Maintain RSA, safety and compliance standards
Oversee POS, cash-up and end-of-day procedures
What we's love from you...




Leadership experience in a premium, restaurant or bar environment
Confident managing labour, budgets, stock and POS systems, with a robust eye for the detail
Current NSW RSA, or the ability to obtain one before starting
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
