As a CIAM Tech Lead, you'll be a hands-on software engineering leader responsible for the technical implementation of consumer identity and access management solutions.
You will build features, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex implementation issues and lead software engineering practices within the team.
You'll be working alongside less experienced engineers, serving as a go-to person for difficult technical problems, designing solutions for advanced problems, and mentoring other engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
You will support Scheme Identity leadership in estimation and delivery planning, and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate integration with other NDIA systems.Key duties and responsibilities

Leading the implementation of CIAM solutionsUpholding a high-quality, maintainable codebaseSolving complex technical problemsContributing to estimation and refinementUpskilling and mentoring team membersContributing to solution design for advanced CIAM challengesLeveraging emerging technologies and creative approaches, including AIProviding guidance and technical expertise to assist in project planningCollaborating with other teams to integrate CIAM solutions with other systems
