At NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, every day feels a little different.
One minute you're pouring the perfect coffee, the next you're serving breakfast to holidaymakers fresh from the beach, or helping prepare meals for families making memories together.We're looking for Casual Café All Rounders to join our resort Café team.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and doesn't mind jumping in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.Offering flexible casual hours across a rotating roster, this is a fantastic opportunity for locals looking to balance work with study, family commitments, or simply earn some holiday money in a stunning beachfront holiday resort setting.
We offer a versatile roster with shifts between 6:30am and 7:30pm.
What You'll DoNo two shifts look exactly the same.
You'll help create a outstanding experience for our guests while supporting the café team across a variety of tasks, including:Making barista-style coffees and serving drinksTaking customer orders and operating the POS systemAssisting with basic food preparation and presentationHelping on the grill during busy breakfast and lunch periods (think bacon & eggs, toasted sandwiches and simple café favourites)Delivering top notch customer serviceRunning food,



clearing tables and maintaining clean dining areasRestocking displays, fridges and café suppliesSupporting your teammates wherever needed to keep the café running smoothlyWhat You'll BringPrevious café, hospitality, food service or customer service experienceConfidence making coffee or willingness to build your barista skillsA positive, team-first attitude and genuine passion for customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm during busy periodsStrong attention to cleanliness, food safety and presentationNSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and school holiday periodsWhat's in it for you?
