Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Pipeline Engineers to join our team in Brisbane on a 12 months contract.
Responsibilities Preparation and review of engineering design documentsResponsible for pipeline design including tie-ins and crossing, right of way, development of alignment sheets and construction work packsGIS familiarityProvide technical guidance to designersLiaise with inter-discipline engineers, designers and specialist to understand project requirements.Assist in discipline front end and detailed design input to engineering projectsProvide technical guidance and support to the project teams and clientsResponsible for study, design, specification, and services related to the engineering discipline
Qualifications
Must be degree qualified with at least 8 to 10 years' experience, predominantly in the Oil & Gas sectorRPEQ is preferredExperienced in engineering design including conceptual, FEED, detailed design and studiesCapable of communicating and interfacing effectively with other disciplines, project managers,



and clients' representativesMust have strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards including AS **** and the APGA Code of Practice for Upstream Polyethylene Gathering Networks – CSG IndustryGood analytical skills capable of writing clear & concise technical reportsCandidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
