Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About the Role: Juniper is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Home and Community Care team supporting clients across the Perth metro area.In this role, you will provide clinical care and nursing support to clients living independently in the community.
You will conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, and work collaboratively with clients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care at home.This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and motivated nurse who is passionate about supporting older Australians to maintain their independence and wellbeing in the community.Juniper is currently offering a casual contract; the successful candidate must be available Wednesdays and 1 weekend day a week.As this is a community-based role, travel between client homes is required.
Applicants must hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in client health and wellbeingDevelop,
