$5M value Start date: 5 January Beyond this, you'll lead commercial, remedial and high-rise residential works up to $20M, including refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition and upgrade projects.
What You'll Be Doing Manage projects from setup through to completion Monitor HSECQ compliance and cost control Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour Lead reporting,



weekly meetings and programming Provide technical and engineering guidance Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders Support tendering and estimation What You'll Bring Proven experience managing construction projects for a contractor Strong commercial and planning capability Leadership skills and safety-first mindset Interest in operations and business development Tertiary engineering qualification (or similar) Construction White Card & driver licence Ability to obtain Police Clearance (Defence project requirement) Why Consider the Move?
