NoTop 3 responsibilities you
would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute  Act as L3 escalation point for
complex DNS incidents impacting production services Diagnose
and resolve critical DNS outages, performance degradation, and security
issues Provide
expert support for authoritative and recursive DNS infrastructures Work
closely with L1/L2 teams, NOC, and Core Network teams to restore services
quicklyDeep troubleshooting of BINDPerform DNS protocol‐level analysisLead root cause analysis (RCA) for major
incidents
