and multidisciplinary teams who are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement.About Our Operating TheatresOur modern Operating Theatre complex includes:16 state‐of‐the‐art theatres32 First‐Stage Recovery bays32 Second‐Stage Recovery chairsSpecialties include:General (including laparoscopic), Colorectal, Bariatric, Orthopaedics, Cardiothoracic, ENT, Plastics, Paediatrics, Oral & Dental, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Ophthalmic, Robotics, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Urology and Vascular Surgery.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout, you will:Deliver safe, evidence‐based perioperative nursing careProvide high‐quality scrub and scout support across a range of specialtiesCollaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure patient and staff safety at all timesProactively evaluate and improve perioperative care outcomesMaintain accurate, timely and professional clinical documentationContribute to a positive patient experience from admission through recoveryEssential CriteriaCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years' experience in a perioperative settingScrub/Scout experience (Neurosurgery or Orthopaedics highly regarded)Postgraduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient‐centred careStrong communication,
