Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Oak Room Restaurant and Bar including Conferencing and Events and In-room Dining.This is a fixed six-month position in a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and developing a high-performing team.
You'll take ownership of the restaurant and bar experience, driving service standards, team engagement and commercial performance.What you'll be doing:Lead the daily operations of Inspire,
