Right now the company is experiencing exciting growth across the country and we are looking for a smart and energised Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Based in Amberley, Qld, this Senior Project Manager position will perform the role of Capability Integration Manager as part of the project management unit within the Mobile Threat Training Emitter System (MTTES) Program, delivering Electronic Warfare training to the Australian Defence Force.ResponsibilitiesProgram and Project Management using Agile methodology for the integration of new capabilities and capability enhancements to the MTTES, both of a technical and non-technical nature.Prioritise and manage concurrent bodies of work using shared resources and with at times competing priorities.Manage the program baselines and change process for the Program Director, including managing and coaching junior Project Managers and Project Officers in the process.Manage working relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Limited domestic travel, including to very remote areas for up to a week at a time.Skills, Experience & QualificationsA university degree with a minimum of eight years post graduate experience or demonstrated equivalent experience.Experience in delivery of Electronic Warfare or Defence capability projects or services desirable.Ability to interpret intent and guidance, critically analyse requirements,
