We are looking for a practical and influential Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our Safe+Healthy team and partner directly with operational leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
This newly created role reflects our ongoing commitment to health, safety and wellbeing and provides an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on building strong partnerships, improving safety outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the business.
This is an opportunity to move beyond administration and become a trusted advisor, helping to shape safety outcomes across retail, warehousing, construction and subsidiary operations throughout Australia.
The role supports the implementation of our Safe+Healthy Framework and plays a key role in building capability, managing risk and driving continuous improvement across the business.

About the Role
You will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders providing practical health, safety and wellbeing support that helps teams manage risk and improve performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert advice on WHS legislation, risk management and company standardsPartnering with operational leaders to improve safety performance and embed the Safe+Healthy FrameworkLeading incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action managementConducting workplace inspections, audits and site engagementsSupporting risk assessments, SWMS reviews and hazard management activitiesDelivering training, toolbox talks and capability-building initiativesAnalysing trends and providing practical recommendations to drive continuous improvementSupporting construction safety and high-risk work activities where required
About You




You may currently be a:
Health & Safety AdvisorInjury Management or Wellbeing Specialist looking to broaden your scopeHealth & Safety Coordinator ready to step into a more autonomous advisory roleHealth professional looking to move into a Health and Safety career
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people and finding practical solutions that improve safety outcomes.
You'll bring:
Qualifications or certifications in Health & Safety or a related disciplineExperience working in a Work, Health and Safety or Wellbeing roleWorking knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management principlesExperience conducting workplace inspections, investigations and risk assessmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisationA practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Experience within retail, warehousing, logistics, construction or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
