The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link.
Works includes the construction of 14 kilometres of new lanes, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping.
This diverse and challenging project will be complete in ****.Position SummaryAcciona have in place several systems to capture costs, quantity and performance information in real time at the lowest level to enable informed conversations around production, productivity, geospatial monitoring, chain of responsibility compliance, sustainability, safety, procurement management, event management, cost and revenue forecasting and planning and scheduling.




The Project Systems Administrator will contribute to the achievement of the project, by providing administration, guidance, training and support, to effectively capture daily quantity, cost and productivity data to improve decision making.Key accountabilitiesMaintain open and proactive communications with both subcontractors, suppliers and project staff to ensure a highly efficient and accurate capturing of costs for works performed on the project sites.Manage a small portfolio of subcontractors using Linked Site, ensuring that processing is completed in a timely manner and ensuring compliance with Security of Payment Act where applicableHighlighting variations to executed contracts with the relevant Contracts Administrator, ensuring rates are adjusted accordingly and in a timely mannerSupport the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the AllianceProvide ongoing guidance to subcontractors for the implementation and use of LinkedSite through the Vendor PortalDaily administration of LinkedSite including mobilisation & demobilisation of staff & JV Staff, password resets and ensuring item groups have been set up correctlyDaily administration of Linked Vendor including supplier setup, rates changesAssist in the production and delivery of Reporting; daily, weekly and monthly,
