We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing on a WA Housing project.Main Responsibilities & Key Result AreasLead end-to-end pricing and estimating for facilities and maintenance tender submissions.Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates aligned with client scope and specifications.Collaborate with bid/precontracts teams to build compelling, commercially sound pricing solutions.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and validate pricing inputs.Ensure all estimates comply with governance, compliance,
