We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Yarra Valley Water Reliability Program, supporting the delivery of water renewal and water asset inspection packages.
Working closely with our Project Engineers and Project Management team, you will coordinate key project activities including project bookings, workpack preparation, permit applications, material ordering, QA documentation, inspection scheduling and project tracking.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders and wants to play an important role in keeping projects organised, compliant and ready for delivery.About the RoleAs a Project Coordinator within the Yarra Valley Water Reliability Program, you will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to our Project Engineers and Project Management team across water renewal and asset inspection activities.Coordinating project bookings and developing project workpacksPreparing and managing permit applicationsCoordinating material orders based on Project Engineer requirementsUploading QA documentation into client asset management systems,
