If you have a background in disability, education or children's services, and thrive in leadership roles, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.About your new role:Lead a team delivering high-quality daily support for children and young people with complex disability needsDesign and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goalsManage daily operations with a focus on safety, service quality, and complianceFoster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practiceLiaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised careEnsure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality systemsPromote a fun, inclusive, and empowering setting where young people can thriveWhat You'll Bring:Experience leading teams in disability, education,



or community servicesConfidence managing services for children with high and complex needsStrong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practiceExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAlignment with our values: Caring, Open, EngagedRequirements:Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essentialPrevious leadership experience in a disability or child-focused settingWorking towards or holding a relevant qualification at a minimum of Certificate III level in one of the following areas: Education, Community and Social Services, Health and Medical, Disability and Aged Care, or Allied Health.EmployeeWorking with Children's Checkvalid in Victoria.ValidHLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting(including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
