We're looking for an experienced safety & injury management qualified to drive our HSW strategy and support a strong culture of safety within Sydney's most iconic entertainment destinations.
You'll partner with operational leaders across the property to provide expert guidance on injury management prevention, return to work plans, safety and wellbeing initiatives - helping to shape continuous improvement and overall engagement in HSW.
This is a highly visible and influential role where you'll combine technical expertise with hands‐on support.
From leading key safety initiatives and investigations, to driving compliance and best practice, you'll be the go‐to expert for all things health and safety.
You'll be part of a high-performing and collaborative team on-property, whilst learning from and working with our group HSW function in Melbourne & Perth.You'll be:Championing a positive and proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture across Crown SydneySupporting workers' compensation and return-to-work activitiesManaging and support incident investigations,



ensuring effective outcomes and learnings are sharedConducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvementPartnering with leaders to identify risks, drive improvements and embed safe work practicesDeveloping engaging training programs, toolbox talks and awareness initiativesMaintaining and enhancing HSW policies, processes and governance frameworksOverseeing key risk management, compliance and emergency management plansMonitor legislative changes and industry best practice to ensure Crown remains at the forefront of HSW excellenceYou'll bring:Experience in a similar role within busy, diverse and operational environments (retail / hospitality advantageous)Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental legislationProven success implementing and managing safety frameworks across diverse or multi-site operationsA track record of driving positive safety outcomes and building strong safety culturesExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and solutions-focused mindsetExceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidanceOn offer to you:Opportunity to be part of a high performing team making a difference in an iconic hospitality brandComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B; venues on propertyGenerous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney,
