Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and overall management of assigned client contracts, ensuring operational excellence, solid financial performance, and exceptional customer outcomes.This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience managing technical services, or integrated service contracts.

and overall financial performanceOversee the delivery of integrated facilities, maintenance, project, and property servicesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionProvide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to operational and contract teamsManage the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery outcomesEnsure compliance with BGIS governance requirements, contractual obligations, and relevant legislationOversee HSEQ performance, including risk management, inspections, incident reporting, and corrective actionsPrepare and present client reports, budgets, forecasts, meeting minutes, and contract documentationSupport tender submissions, additional works proposals, and contract variationsBuild strong relationships across BGIS operational, commercial, finance, and support teamsYour Education, Experience & SkillsDemonstrated experience managing facilities management, property management, corporate real estate, or integrated services contractsProven ability to manage trade service delivery across both internal trades teams and external subcontractorsStrong commercial and financial management experience,



including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and business planningDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering agreed contractual outcomesExperience leading and developing operational or contract teamsStrong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business systemsExperience working within quality, safety, and environmental management systemsRelevant tertiary qualification in Property, Facilities Management, Business, Commerce, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred)Experience with CMMS systems and integrated service delivery models (desirable)Australian working rights (essential)About BGISBGIS is a global leader in integrated facilities management, project delivery, asset management, and technical services.
