Technical Operations SupervisorHeidelberg Materials is looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our Farleigh Laboratory team.
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services across concrete and aggregate testing, while maintaining laboratory operations, quality systems and compliance requirements.About the Role:Lead the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, including equipment, maintenance and quality systems.Coordinate concrete and aggregate testing programs to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and testing requirements.Oversee equipment calibration, servicing and certification schedules.Analyse and validate test results using QESTLab,
