About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Elizabeth Vale team.
Open to full-time and part-time.
As a senior clinician, you'll take on a complex caseload alongside mentoring and supervision responsibilities for less experienced colleagues.
You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside OT, Speech Pathology and other allied health disciplines.
You may also participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered where required.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver behaviour support services across home, school,
clinic and community settingsManage a complex caseload, including Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice reportingProvide mentoring, clinical supervision or support to junior colleaguesParticipate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation coveredCollaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary teamTake part in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration

What You'll Bring
Current NDIS Commission suitability at Proficient level or aboveSignificant Behaviour Support experience, with prior mentoring or supervision experience highly regardedNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtainDriver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely requiredStrong communication and organisational skillsA team-oriented and person-centred approach to practice
