## ## About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Clinical Education team.
This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership in clinical education and contribute to the ongoing development of Physiotherapy staff and students across St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
Reporting to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Lead and Physiotherapy Manager, you will contribute to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Stream while continuing to support high-quality clinical services for our patients.
You will play an important role in coordinating and promoting clinical education opportunities for Physiotherapy staff and students,



as well as contributing to broader Allied Health education initiatives where required.The role includes supporting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and contributing to collaborative education projects across Allied Health, St Vincent's Health and partner universities.We are looking for a clinician who brings:* Strong clinical knowledge and experience* A passion for clinical education, teaching and staff development* An understanding of adult learning principles* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* The ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams* Established skilled networks and a commitment to ongoing professional development* A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to education and research initiativesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to take on a senior education-focused role within a supportive team committed to excellence in clinical practice, education and research.
**Classification:** Physiotherapist Grade 3 VB7–VC1 ($104,135 - $118,981 per annum, pro rata for part time).
