We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end definition of detailed stakeholder and solution requirements for a major CRM initiative.You will play a critical role in mapping processes, defining functional requirements, and producing high-quality artefacts to support upcoming procurement activities and supplier evaluations.What You Will Do:Map current state and define future state business processes across multiple streams.Capture detailed functional, non-functional, and integration requirements for the new solution.Define transition requirements, including data cleansing, data migration, and role-based access models.Gather key reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements from diverse stakeholders.Facilitate engaging workshops with business SMEs and technical teams to achieve approved,
