By blending technical expertise with leadership and client-focused communication, the Project Manager helps position Boutique as an industry leader in delivering high-end, functional and timeless joinery solutions.The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of joinery projects from design handover through to installation and client handover.
This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with clients, designers, trades and Boutique staff.Key responsibilitiesDevelop project plans, define scope, set objectives and establish timelinesProvide transparent roadmaps to prevent scope creep and delaysAllocate resources across people, materials, equipment, and financesCoordinate with designers,



trades, contractors, and suppliersIdentify risks and implement strategies to minimise impactResolve challenges such as design changes, supply chain delays, or site issuesServe as the key contact for clients, architects, builders and internal teamsMonitor project progress and enforce quality standardsConduct inspections, oversee safety compliance, and ensure timely deliveryDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets and deliverablesAbout youProven experience as a Project Manager within the joinery, cabinetry or construction industryStrong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materialsAbility to read and interpret architectural and shop drawingsExcellent planning, scheduling and organisational skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsCompetency with PM software, ERP systems (Innergy experience advantageous)Knowledge of WHS requirements for workshop and site environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence with a positive can-do attitude
