We provide advisory and technical services to ensure compliance, manage impacts, and reduce risks, including obtaining permits and approvals, decommissioning and restoring contaminated sites, and tackling climate change challenges and resilience.
We focus on preserving habitats, water quality, stakeholder engagement and cultural resources, promoting a holistic approach to environmental impact management at every project stage.How you'll make a difference:Ecological impact assessment and offsetting for a range of projects and scale, and supporting internal clients with delivering the ecological requirements within multi-disciplinary tenders and projectsWorking independently, or with a team of ecologists, in the planning, delivery and management of ecology surveys; analysis and evaluation of results, impact assessments, and the design and implementation of successful mitigation strategiesProvide excellent client service through risk-based strategic advice and high-quality technical reportingIdentify and implement efficiencies and digital solutions to collaborate and work smarterSupport the team's strategic growth, technical excellence, and innovation in ecological assessments.Assisting with project management, including the technical and financial performance of ecological projects.The qualities that help you thrive:The following qualifications and experience are highly desired,
