We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of site QA, lead a high performing technical team, and drive a strong Quality & Food Safety culture across a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.This is a hands‐on leadership role with real influence in improving systems, developing people, and embedding quality where it matters most, on the factory floor.What you'll be known forDriving a positive Culture through BEC Culture Excellence PlansBuilding and leading a respected QA team on siteDeveloping capability through training, skills matrices and coachingLeading external audits and using insights to lift standards and improve audit preparationMaintaining and improving site Quality Management SystemPartnering closely with Operations to embed QA into daily routinesUsing data,
