Our client is an 25+ year established builder with a dedicated development arm within the business, giving the company control across both the development and construction sides of its projects.
The business is currently delivering a four-stage residential development riverside in Brisbane's north, with the project expected to continue for the next few years.
There is prospect for a Project Manager to take ownership of the broader project delivery and commercial outcomes as the development progresses.
The Role
The Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from a programme, commercial and construction perspective, working across both the construction and development arms of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage projects from commencement through to completion, taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and overall delivery.
Lead and support established site teams, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Manage budgets, cost forecasting, procurement, variations and overall commercial performance.
Monitor project performance, identify commercial risks and drive programme and financial outcomes.




Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear reporting to senior leadership on project progress, risks and key issues.

The successful candidate will have:
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Experience with project controls, budgets and forecasting
The ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
Experience managing established site teams
