subcontractors and other operational resources to ensure efficient project delivery.Maintain accurate operational records, reporting and contract documentation.Identify opportunities to improve client assets, operational processes and service delivery outcomes.Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, industry legislation and Green by Nature's quality and safety standards.Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients and key stakeholders.Drive a positive safety culture while driving operational excellence across your portfolio.What you'll bringYou're an experienced leader who understands how to successfully balance operational performance, client expectations and team development.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships and are passionate about delivering outstanding results.Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade QualificationProven experience in an operational leadership roleStrong background in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenanceDemonstrated experience managing contracts, operational delivery, budgets and resourcesProven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate high-performing teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound decision-making abilitiesCommitment to workplace safety, quality outcomes and continuous improvementCurrent unrestricted driver's licenceWillingness to undertake a National Police CheckJoin Us.
