This role will be an ideal fit for someone that is passionate about building strong relationships with staff, improving operational performance and driving business profitabilityReporting to the Manager - Service Delivery, you will have direct accountability for a pool of Bus Drivers based at our Mascot depot and ensure they are performing at an optimum level at all times.
Encouraging a safety and customer-centric culture through leadership and regular engagement is crucial in this role as we strive to continually provide protected, clean, affordable and reliable services for our valued customers.
You will also play a key role in fostering a strong working relationship with Sydney Airport, partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and achieve shared objectives.What you'll be involved in:Working collaboratively with Sydney Airport on a daily basis to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer experiences, and the achievement of mutual business goals.Aligning your team to business values and objectives through active leadershipDeveloping employee capabilities through coaching, training and succession planningAllocating resources and making ongoing changes as part of rostering to meet operational requirementsConducting the investigation of incidents, accidents,
