Cater Care Group is seeking a dynamic Village Manager to lead hospitality operations at a remote mining village in NSW.
The role is on a 8/6 roster with FIFO from Melbourne or Adelaide.Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.
You will oversee accommodation reservations systems, manage in office catering and contract services, demonstrate strong team leadership, and assume full P&L; responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs.
