development & leadershipJob DescriptionThe successful applicant will have the following skills or experience:Experience with large scale accommodation of 600+ rooms.Experience with housekeeping or utility workDemonstrated experience in Safety and HACCPMotivated and accountableExcellent organisational skillsExperience within a similar role in a camp workplace will be highly regardedYou will be required to motivate, educate and lead your team to produce service quality of high standards, keep staff turnover to a minimum and customer satisfaction at high levels and assist in the operation of a profitable business unit.This is a Fly In/Fly Out role from Sydney or Brisbane on a 2 week on 1 week off roster.
