You will drive the P&L; performance, coach store managers, and implement T2's retail strategy to deliver a seamless customer journey and a culture of excellence in service.You will recruit and develop teams, manage rostering and stock, and ensure brand representation at the highest level while achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
