The role is on a 8/6 roster with FIFO from Melbourne or Adelaide.Flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation are included.
You will oversee accommodation reservations systems, manage on-site catering and contract services, demonstrate solid team leadership, and assume full P&L; responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs.
