Job Description
Leidos Australia seeks a Problem, Knowledge & Event Coordinator to deliver ITIL 4 aligned services within a SIAM shared-resource model, providing cross-practice leadership across Problem, Knowledge and Event Management. You will drive governance, reporting, SLA performance monitoring and continual improvement, partnering with SMEs to enhance reporting, dashboards and service automation capabilities.
