Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to provide psychosocial care within a hospital setting. The role focuses on supporting longer stay patients, including assisting with NDIS access, NCAT matters, and complex psychosocial needs to facilitate protected discharge home.
